AI agents, workflows and automation

Routine work handled by AI.Decisions kept by you.

We build AI agents and workflows for small Swiss companies. We are based in Zurich and work with teams in Zug, Lucerne, Aargau and across Switzerland. They sort and draft replies to your emails, read PDFs and Excel files and pull out the key facts, and copy data between old programs with desktop robots. We set it up with you, test it on your real work, and keep it running, so your team can focus on the work that needs a person.

How we work

AI takes the routine. You keep the decisions.

We do not replace people. We automate the repetitive steps, so your team works faster and has more time for work that needs judgement and human contact.

What we build

Agents for the work your team repeats

We build AI agents, workflows and email automations that handle repetitive work, and desktop automations for old programs that need the clicks done for them.

An agent reads a request, decides the next step and asks you when it is unsure.

A single workflow starts at CHF 599. Agents that read, decide and write start at CHF 1,299. The final price depends on steps, tools and checks.

Desktop robot

Quoted individually

Setting up a robot for an old program takes more time, so we look at the program and the steps first. The price depends on complexity.

Care plan (monthly)

from CHF 299 / month

We maintain, update and extend your agents, including new agents when you need them. You do not have to learn the tools.

Prices exclude VAT. Software subscriptions for the tools we use are paid directly by you.

Who is behind aleai

Adrian, the builder behind aleai

aleai is the name of my practice. The AI in it is the technology I use every day to build what I offer. I help small companies move routine work to AI agents and workflows, so their teams can focus on what matters.

My experience comes from travel operations, where I built agents and workflows for bookings, reporting, deadlines and Salesforce. I know how much time repetitive work takes, and how much a team gains when it is automated.

My goal is to focus on the tools your team already uses and to build agents that work from the first day. I believe AI is becoming a normal part of how companies work, and teams that start early gain a clear advantage. I would like to help yours get there first.

Agreement

A service agreement between your company and ours. A data processing agreement sets out how we handle your data.

Where data is stored

We prefer tools that store data in Switzerland or the EU. We check each provider before we use it.

No training on your data

We use tools that do not train on your business data. We confirm this in writing for each tool before we start.

You stay in control

A person approves every outgoing message and every change. Every agent run is logged.

FAQ

Common questions

What is an AI integration, and what can it do for my company?

An AI integration means adding something smart to your website or daily work that does part of the job for you. It can be an AI chatbot that answers customers, an agent that handles repetitive tasks on its own, or AI features built into the tools you already use. For example, an agent can draft replies to customer emails and sort them by urgency, so you only check and send. You tell us what would save you time, and we build it around your business.

How much does an AI chatbot or agent cost?

Prices start at CHF 599 for a single workflow and CHF 1,299 for an AI agent that reads, decides and writes. The final price depends on how much information the agent needs and how many of your systems it connects to. A chatbot that answers from your website content sits at the lower end. An agent connected to your email, spreadsheets and other tools sits at the higher end. You will know the price before we start.

Which processes are worth automating?

Tasks that repeat every day in the same way: replies to standard questions, sorting incoming requests, copying data into spreadsheets, or a morning summary of emails. We build the workflows in the tools your team already uses and add AI where a task needs to understand text. If you are not sure, write down what took the most time last week, and we will go through it together.

Which systems can you connect to?

Most common ones, for example Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and Salesforce. If a system has no ready-made connection but offers an API, we connect through that. If it has none, a desktop robot can work in the program the way a person does. We check what your system allows before we promise anything.

Do I need to know AI?

No. You do not need any technical or AI knowledge. We explain each step in plain language, and you approve the important ones before anything is sent or changed. Your team only needs to know the task they already do every day.

Who can see my data?

Only the data the agent needs for your task, and only in the accounts you connect for it. We agree the access in writing before we start, and we use tools that do not train on your business data. The agreements in the Data and trust section explain the rest, including the data processing agreement.

What if a program or email tool changes?

It happens, and it is covered by your care plan. When a button, screen or setting changes, we update the agent or desktop robot so it keeps working. Your team does not need to learn anything new. You tell us what stopped working, and we fix it.

Can you build more agents later?

Yes. Once the first agent works, we often find other repetitive tasks that can run the same way. Small changes can be included in your care plan. A new agent is quoted separately before we start, so you always know the cost first.

Can I stop the care plan?

Yes. You can end the care plan with notice. The notice period is written in the agreement, so you know it before you sign. We also agree in writing what happens to the agents at that point.
