2. Which data we process

We process only the data you give us and the data that is technically generated when you visit the website:

Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, preferred call date and time of day, and a note describing your work.
Technical data when you visit the site, such as IP address and time, in server logs kept by our hosting provider.

3. Purpose

We use your details to answer your request, arrange a free call and prepare a quote. Server logs are used to keep the website secure and running.

4. Contact form and email

When you submit the form, your email app opens with a pre-filled message to us. The message is then sent through your email provider and our email provider. Please do not send sensitive information (for example health data) through the form.

5. Cookies and analytics

When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so the banner does not appear again on the same device. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Without consent: we set no analytics cookies and do not load Google Analytics.
With consent: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit the website and which pages they view. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which may remain on your device for up to two years. IP addresses are shortened before they are stored.
Fonts: the website uses system fonts on your device. No fonts are loaded from external services.

We use analytics only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the Cookie settings link. Withdrawal does not affect data already processed.

6. Disclosure and location of data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers we need to run the website or to handle your request, such as our hosting provider and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under contract.

The website is hosted by Swizzonic AG, Badenerstrasse 47, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. The website and its server logs are stored on servers located in Switzerland.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, USA. Google may transfer data to the USA. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.

7. Retention

We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations. After that we delete them. Analytics data is kept for 2 months, the retention period we set in Google Analytics.

8. Your rights

You can ask what personal data we process about you. You can also ask us to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to the processing, or receive your data in a portable format. Write to hello@aleai.ch. We will reply as soon as we can.

9. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy notice, for example when we use new services. The version published on this page applies.
